Flat abs from cardio fitness kickboxing the KO XO way!

A major cause of body fat accumulating around the stomach area or a muffin top, as some people call it, is the consumption of refined processed carbohydrates. You can reduce the fat around the lower abdomin by limiting how much refined processed carbohydrates you eat. So get rid of the candy, cookies and white bread and white pasta and you will see results.

Replace these foods with nutritious fat burning foods such as whole grains, fruits and lean meats like chicken, turkey and fish. Also make sure to drink plenty of water daily . The water helps your body process these nutritious foods.

You cannot target lower stomach fat without dietary changes and cardiovascular exercise. Lower stomach fat is different from the rest of your abdominals. Sit-ups and ab workouts are not enough.

Our bodies were not designed to eat refined carbohydrates. Refined carbohydrates are a major cause of body fat accumulating around the stomach. Our ancestors did not have refined carbohydrates in their diet and, as a result, they were fitter and leaner.
